Amy C. Martoche is a graduate of Cornell University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, she served as an assistant executive editor of the Buffalo Law Review, and was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Board. Before law school, Ms. Martoche was a member of Teach for America in Franklin, Louisiana, where she was an elementary school teacher. After graduating from law school, Ms. Martoche served as a confidential law clerk to the Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York. Currently, Ms. Martoche serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Buffalo Seminary, her alma mater and Western New York's oldest all-girls high school. Ms. Martoche also serves on the Buffalo Board of Education Ethics Commission. Recently, Ms. Martoche received the Athena Young Professional award, which honors individuals who have attained the highest level of professional excellence and demonstrate support for the goals of professional women. |
