Randall D. White is a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hamilton College, where he received academic awards in American History and Latin. At Hamilton, he also played four years of varsity football and baseball.
Mr. White is a 1986 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was active in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he began his legal career as a litigation associate with the Washington, D.C. firm of Wiley, Rein & Fielding, where he specialized in complex multi-district litigation. He also served as a board member’s liaison to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Since returning to Western New York and joining Connors & Vilardo in 1991, Mr. White has continued his focus in commercial and business litigation. For more than 20 years, he has represented a wide range of local and out-of-town businesses in state and federal courts in Western New York. He also frequently represents attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice actions.
Mr. White served as Grand Island town justice from 2002 through 2005. As town justice for Grand Island (pop. 20,000), he handled numerous criminal matters, including disposition of misdemeanor charges, preliminary felony proceedings, and various civil matters. Since 2011, he has been the services prevention coordinator for the Buffalo Junior Sabres of the Ontario Junior Hockey League.
In 2012, he was selected by his peers as a top lawyer in business litigation as published in the New York Upstate Super Lawyers magazine.
