Attorneys Terrence M. Connors and Lawlor F. Quinlan III have successfully concluded their representation of a construction worker who was injured while working in an elevator shaft.  The worker was struck by a scaffold plank which fell two floors before striking him in the cervical area and causing injury to his spine.  The client received a total settlement of $27 million which covered his pain, suffering, lost wages and future medical expenses.
