Amy Martoche and Jim Grable have successfully negotiated a settlement on behalf of a doctor who was engaged in a dispute with a national insurance company. In addition to providing the doctor with overdue payment, interest, and attorney’s fees on the claim, the settlement also clears the way for the doctor to receive payments in the future for treatment rendered to patients covered by the insurance company’s policies. “We are always happy to resolve these kinds of disputes so favorably for a doctor without the expense and delay associated with protracted litigation,” said Martoche.
