James Grable recently obtained a complete exoneration of a medical professional accused of sexually abusing a patient

Mr. Grable represented the medical professional in both the criminal court and parallel medical licensing proceedings. Mr. Grable obtained an acquittal in the criminal trial. He also obtained dismissal of the licensing prosecution against the medical professional, so that no adverse consequences resulted from the patient’s allegations.
