A team from Connors & Vilardo prevailed at a recent charity trivia contest, earning the title “Buffalo's Smartest Company.” Founder Lawrence Vilardo, attorneys John Loss and Elizabeth Harned and paralegal Curtis Ahrens prevailed over teams from 27 other area businesses, including several law firms.

The event, which benefited Cradle Beach Camp for disabled and disadvantaged children, raised over several thousand dollars. Teams competed to answer questions on a broad range of general knowledge topics. Points were awarded for speed and accuracy.
